hi, can any one direct me where to find the tools to initiate trim/ garbage collection.

and some simply instructions on using them.

The crucial wiper isn't out yet as far as I can tell but the wiper.exe from other companies seems to work fine. I guess they're all just branded versions of the same tool created by Indilinx.

As for instructions you just run it as an administrator and press 'y' a couple of times when it prompts you.

I ran it from an administrative command prompt but you can probably right click it and choose run as administrator.

Note that it's awful if you have the Intel Matrix drivers installed - took 8 hours to complete on mine.

It doesn't take nearly that long if you are in AHCI mode. Maybe 3-5 minutes. I believe the latest version of wiper.exe is 0525.
