I'm planning to get a 256GB SSD drive for my Macbook Pro system. It is a critical system and I want to check on your RMA procedure. I may not want to go with your product if it will take a significant time to get a new drive in the event of a failure. Is there an advance-replacement option? If not is there any other expediting options to get it sent back to me from you? Cross-shipping? etc.
Thanks!

Crucial's replacement options and policies are different for each region, depending on what is available locally. For a quick and accurate response I would suggest that you contact the Customer Service department for your area.
